2024年10月29日 · My tool ribbon was suddenly missing. I can click on the . . . to make it reappear, but it's only temporary. Every time I type in my document, the tool ribbon closes. I really need to have it pinned.

2025年1月12日 · No pin shows up on the right side of the ribbon. I checked View and I am in Print Layout, not Read Mode (a solution in earlier posts) Double clicking on Home does not keep the ribbon display open. When I double click Home and then click on the document, the ribbon disappears. Double clicking on Home does not cause an arrow or pin to appear.

2025年3月10日 · I had some emails "pinned" and they appeared at the top of my mail list. But now they have reintegrated back to the list and the pin icon does not show on any of my email line items in the list. I checked Option/Layout/Quick actions to make sure that I still had it set - and it showed that I still had Delete. Flag, and Pin turned on.
