A bounding pulse may indicate excitement, palpitations, or heart irregularities.

Pulses and veins: Typically yes, there will be intact palpable pulses in a patient with isolated venous insufficiency. If the patient has both vein disease as well as arterial disease, then the pulses may be absent. Veins do not have palpable pulses within them since they are not directly connected to the heart and have low pressure in them.

2020年3月22日 · Abdominal aorta pulses visibly. Has been visible since 2021 or so. Very easy to feel the pulse. No pain, rash, etc. Short of breath easily (almost certainly due to asthma), bleeds easily, is going to a rheumatologist about connective tissue symptoms?

Try trading pulse-feeling with a friend. And yes, poor circulation may make these pulses harder to feel, or decrease them altogether.

2008年5月17日 · I completely sucked at finding the post tib pulses when I started 3rd year. I made the pedal and post. tib pulses part of my exam on every patient (as part of the CV section). Most of the standardized patients they have us see in the preclinical years had +2 pulses bilaterally. However, in the real world, many patients have 0-1+.

A lack of blood flow means a lack of oxygen in the foot will cause coolness, change in color, a tight feeling, pain and without treatment... eventually, loss of limb. Make sure you have it looked at immediately!
