We manufacture the flexible films that go on to package a range of medical devices, pharmaceuticals, diagnostic devices (including COVID-19 testing kits), and other medical supplies and equipment.

Our custom-built multi-layer co-extrusion lines allow us to create unique materials by blending up to 21 components including polyester, nylon, polypropylene, polyethylene, COC, and EVOH. During the extrusion process, material quality is constantly monitored with our state-of-the-art in-line 100% Vision Inspection Systems.
