2022年4月23日 · Delete everything except the things you changed and your resource pack will take less space and load faster. If you want to, you can add a png named pack.png to your resource pack, next to the assets folder and pack.mcmeta. This will be the icon of your pack. If you don't choose any, then the default pack icon will show.

The default image portraying the in-game texture packs (and icon-less servers) is named pack.png, and is a screenshot of a world that Notch made way back. Some clever guys managed to reverse engineer that 128x128 pixel screenshot to an actual world seed. You can watch SalC1's videos on this

And now less than 2 months later, pack.png has been found! Great job from the guys behind the project and to salc1 as well for simplifying and summarizing it.

2020年9月6日 · to get this world without a direct download you need to mod the game to enable custom seeds as its version is 1.2.2a so this world download is a nice alternative

2020年8月1日 · My pack.png image is 256x256, also tried 500x500 or 64x64 but it doesn't show up. It's meant to be for a server.
