2021年11月11日 · You have more protections over eBay and I recommend using PayPal or another type of payment system that's basically a front end for your bank account / credit card. It could be a scam but you're more likely to get your money back in the end. I buy cords and knock off controllers but I don't think I'd buy a new console off of eBay.

Does that meet the statutory requirement for "fraud," though. We're a land of laws. Breaking Ebay's rules isn't necessarily fraud; it's breaking Ebay's rules. If I look at my state's fraud statutes, I don't see anything that makes this illegal, because it doesn't regulate rules for Ebay. That's up to Ebay. The listing, though, clearly says photo.

Scroll down to the description of the item and there should be a link, select from the drop downs and report it as you see fit. And also warn anyone else you know who may be looking on ebay for a PS5.

2023年11月22日 · A few months ago I got a day 1 PS5 with ultra low FW 1.02 after trawling many eBay listings, for the same price as a brand new PS5. Don't give in to people selling them for $300 or more over retail price just because they have exploitable firmware. I think other people can still get them for the same price as a modern PS5.

2021年1月12日 · I bought a PS5 from Ebay and I'm wondering if there are things I should check when it comes in. As in signs that it has been tampered with or already used. It said that the console is new and unopened but I worry that the seller could have done something to it.

2020年11月19日 · Since the ps5 sold out in seconds today on gamestop, I don't have much hope getting one on Amazon and the other sites later today. Gonna pick up a ps5 for 700€ tomorrow since I don't wanna wait till next year. If I do get one on Amazon or other sites, I won't buy the 700€ ps5 off of eBay. Pretty good price for eBay tho.
