Recently got the 737 PMG after flying A320 for a long period. A friend and I are having trouble with firm landings (>300 FPM). Any tips to improve the landings please? Currently I’m trtarding at 30ft and flaring. Thank you.

I deleted the PMDG Operation Center in C:\Program Files (x86). I went into %appdata% - Folder, deleted the PMDG-Folder there too. And also here was a folder of PMDG: C:\Users\your username\AppData\Local; After everything was deleted, I downloaded the Installer again from pmdg and installed it again. That worked for me. I hope it helps you too ...
