So, I tried X to Y (flow), assigning black to Y [green to X], and the compressor stopped engaging. My check engine light came on too. I thought it was from me tugging on wiring. Feb 22, 2010 · Along the way, I triggered a P1660 - cooling fan code, along with the Service Engine Soon light. I installed a new radiator and new condenser, and reinstalled my cooling fans, hoping that plugging the cooling fans back in would clear my P1660.
