Eren Kruger (エレン・クルーガー Eren Kurūgā?) was an Eldian spy posing as a Marleyan officer in the Public Security Authorities. He founded the Eldian Restorationists, [7] and used the pseudonym the Owl (フクロウ Fukurō?) to communicate. Secretly, he possessed the power of the Attack Titan. [8] Kruger was a fairly large, well-built, older man.

Kruger formed the Eldian Restorationists, a rebellious criminal organization from the Liberio internment zone under the anonymous codename of The Owl. He is voiced by Yasunori Matsumoto in the Japanese sub and by Ray Chase in the English dub, who also voices David Shield from My Hero Academia.
