OMORI - Defeated by SUNNY. BASIL - Commited suicide, by stabbing himself with garden shears, to stop dealing with the trauma caused by Mari's death. SUNNY - Forcibly stabbed himself in the chest with a steak knife whilst sleeping, caused by OMORI.

2023年11月12日 · OMORI has two main endings, as well as a neutral ending with three different variants. Every main ending is affected directly by the game's final choice after Sunny's defeat in the Omori battle. If Sunny chooses to keep going after being struck down by Omori, he will gain the resolve to play his Duet with Mari for the last time.

At some point following MARI's death, SUNNY began visiting WHITE SPACE through a black-and-white doppelgänger called OMORI. WHITE SPACE is born out of SUNNY's cognition whenever he sleeps, so its contents are subjective from his memories and perceptions.

2020年12月27日 · Confront Omori. You have to fight him until he makes you afraid. At this point you can either let him kill you or keep trying to beat him until he kills you. Defeating him will unlock the good and bad ending options.

2021年1月9日 · Mari was alive when Sunny and Basil hung her from the tree. After being pushed down the stairs, Mari was left unconscious and paralyzed. Sunny and Basil are kids, they're not going to be the best at checking for vital signs, and if Mari's neck was broken, then they might not have even bothered.

Humans often die with their eyes open, and I highly doubt Omocat did all of this just to go “btw basil FUCKING HUNG Mari” after all of the evidence literally screaming that Sunny killed Mari. “You killed Mari. You loved her and you killed her.” I don’t think Sunny wouldn’t know about the status of his sister before hanging her.
