The Nephilim (/ ˈnɛfɪˌlɪm /; Hebrew: נְפִילִים Nəfīlīm) are mysterious beings or humans in the Bible traditionally imagined as being of great size and strength, or alternatively beings of great power and authority. [1] . The origins of the Nephilim are disputed.
