2025年1月11日 · Not necessary to destroy a medal as I have found wrap broaches in junk boxes at shows (if you are patient) sometimes you find them loose with a navy group where an officer will have his medals bar mounted and save the drapes for whatever reason. The WWI Victory broach is a poor substitute for a Navy Cross.
