2011年3月7日 · Per reports, all units are going via Q368 to Cumberland to be set up, then spread system wide. According to CSX, the units will be primarily be assigned to heavy low-speed trains such as bulk, coal and mixed freights as long as the deal gets done. If need be, CSX will look into other leasing companies for more lease power.
