2006年8月1日 · Funny thing about NEMRT Chicago doesnt belong to it but lots of their Officers teach it as a side gig. Contact the Sherriff's departments especially Will, Dupage, McHenry and even Cook they each have their own teams some of them are full time and some are not, either way they can tell you where to locate training.

2008年8月18日 · Triton College is where the Cook County Sheriffs academy is. The Part Time program at Triton is run through NEMRT (Northeast Multi-Regional Training) which is accredited through the Illinois Law Enforcement Training and Standards Board.

I thought the only academy held at Triton for municipal depts. is the Part-Time Academy which NEMRT holds. The Sheriff's Academy is for Cook County Sheriff's Police, correct? If so, the part-time academy has already started in August and is NOT paramilitary by any standard.
