The crossover programme ‘Maintaining Optimal Cognitive function In Ageing (MOCIA)’, funded by NWO, is focused on identifying an increased risk of cognitive decline and improving prevention via the development of a personalised lifestyle approach.

To reach our aim, a multidisciplinary – interventional, mechanistic, and behavioural – approach will be used in four closely interacting scientific work packages that build on each other’s findings. WP5 deals with implementation and knowledge utilisation, and WP6 with programme management. You can read more about the work packages below.
