I received the same letter. I still receive a Retiree Discount on my Regular Store Credit Card on my Macy's American Express Card so I was very upset thinking they are taking the Discount away. I called the 1-800-593-2543 as stated in the letter.

2008年6月21日 · Hi, I just received a macy's store card last month I live out in MA in which they pulled EX, and I believe they mostly pull from that cra, my fico score was 684/ fako score vantage 640 and unfortunately I still have quite a few baddies and 1 unpaid collection on my report with EX and still recieved the card.
