I don't really know how to find discord servers as I've only used it with irl freinds, but when I tried they all seemed to to mlp ans furries and roll plays and art and and and. I wanted something (smaller is possible) but also dedicated to only mlp oc art.

Ugh, G4.5's art style is pretty bad, but so is G3.5's. Maybe we can consider them a tie for last?
