I am a Full Professor in Political Science. I hold a DPhil and MPhil in Politics from University of Oxford. I spent my undergraduate years at McGill University and Sciences Po Paris. Prior to joining UCL, I held positions at the Centre for Socio-Legal Studies in Oxford and at the Centre for the Study of Human Rights at LSE.

My research sits at the intersection of political science, law and sociology. I am interested in the development and mobilization of law in the fields of climate change and human rights. I also teach and write about qualitative research methods.

Lisa is a Professor of Survey Research and Managing Director at the Centre for Longitudinal Studies (CLS), UCL Social Research Institute. CLS is a multidisciplinary research Centre within UCL, which is responsible for the scientific development and operational delivery of a world-leading series of national cohort studies.

I am a senior clinical research fellow in the Department of Clinical and Experimental Epilepsy, UCL institute of Neurology, and Chalfont Center for Epilepsy, and a neurology registrar at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery. I completed my PhD in 2011, at University College London, UK.
