The gun can be helitransported, airlifted, parachuted, airdropped or towed by a wide range of light 4-wheel drive vehicles. Operated by a five-man gun crew, which can be reduced to three, the 105 LG1 MkII can fire all NATO 105 mm ammunition up to a range of 18.5 km.
