2019年2月15日 · ZnAl-NO 3 (CO 3) LDH are introduced as drug delivery systems for simvastatin. Drug intercalation, surface bonding and release behavior are studied in different synthesis processes. Reciprocal behavior of simvastatin and LDH structure is modeled. NO 3 -based LDH showed sustained drug delivery and higher drug loading compared to that of CO 3 one.
