If you play a Grimaldi with the merit revenant disciplines, max fortitude to 5, then take way of earth and buff yourself with the level 2, max your stamina to 5, then occult to 5, you get a total of 17 dice to roll on any way of earth sorcery. which, the level 1 already could potentially deal 17 lethal damage...(17 dice, diff 4)

Vicissitude is a power provided Tzimisce and Kupula, a vampire god-thing and demon-lord respectively, so there is something to this argument.
