We join the people of San Manuel, Pangasinan today, July 12, 2022, in commemorating the town’s “Juan Cabreros Laya Day” by virtue of Ordinance No. 2017-05 passed by its Sangguniang Bayan in 2017.

Juan Cabreros Laya was born on 12 July 1911, in San Manuel, Pangasinan, Philippines as the son of Telesforo Collado Laya and Alejandra Cabreros. He married Silvina Del Carmen on 2 April 1938, in Manila, Metro Manila, Philippines.
