The cart is a “2007 Yamaha Drive” It is a 48V cart, and the serial number is JW2-000405. It seems the controller has gone bad and I want to replace it. (It is the stock controller JW2-H6510-00)

2025年1月9日 · Re: Yamaha YDRE JW2 will not run If you are getting 0 volts on A1 and A2 with solenoid engaged and pedal pressed, that sounds like a faulty controller. Try the "push test".

2017年7月8日 · Hello all, new to the forum. I am trying to locate a manual or info on the Yamaha 48V JW2-H2107-01 charger. I purchased a 2013 G29 about a month ago. It has 2013 Trojan T-875 batteries with hydrolink (batteries have appropriate water level). I've charged the cart twice, however, I'm not certain that the charger is functioning correctly.

2020年8月27日 · I am new to Electric carts. I have a 2009 Yamaha model YDRE/ JW2-F4236-30. It's 48V. The cart surges when slowly depressing the pedal from a start position or when the cart is slowly rolling. A very slight press of the pedal and the cart surges. I actually dumped someone off the back seat last weekend, fortunately wasn't hurt.

2020年3月8日 · Hi everyone. Newbie to the board-appreciate your patience and thanks in advance for your insights. I have 2011 Yamaha Concierge 4 48v with the 19MPH speed upgrade. I'm told the motor is a Drive 17/E2, Hitachi 3.5 HP. I need a new controller (JW2-H6510-21-0), but they are on backorder until at least May and I've already been waiting for 2 months.

2018年4月13日 · 2009 Model: YDRE JW2-F4236-30 Not running This cart WAS running a few days ago just fine and then all of a sudden it stopped. 48-50V in the pack and I get a solenoid click when switching to "run" and also when you slightly roll the cart with it in "run" but no click or movement at all with the actual pedal.

2014年3月19日 · I have a 2012 Yamaha YDRE with 6 - 8v Trojan T 875. The motor is made by Changsha Hitachi model DM 430-06a. The controller is made by Moric model # JW2-H6510-01 (it's 290 amps). When I contacted the dealer about the lack of torque when going up an incline, he responded: "Yes I've done due diligence and don't like the answers provided to me.
