2017年11月28日 · Also, I notice from your picture that all of your passive 12" radiators have white cones. Both of my L150s have dark grey passive radiators. The passives have JBL markings and the P/N is what I find on JBL documents. I saw an ad a few years ago for a NOS JBL passive in the box and bought it. It came with the same color cones as I have.

2013年8月4日 · The 128H woofers are the real stars though. They are simply on another level compared to earlier JBL woofers such as the 2213H or 123A. They are very punchy and also have a large Xmax and lots of power handling; they can produce some very deep bass.

2018年4月17日 · If the CF-150 really is 98dB efficient (), it will take something like the Selenium ST200 to keep up with the other drivers. It should do a fine job taking the place of the original by simply padding it back some by either a fixed or variable L-pad (resistor).

2013年3月9日 · The CF 150's are much rarer, and sound the best of the CF series because they didn't use more harsh sounding audax tweeters like the 120's and 100's. Their efficiency is what makes them special. I just love JBL's in general.

The drivers he chose to install, like the JBL 2440 high frequency compression driver, is the pro version of the 375 used originally and the Alnico D-130 baskets reconed with a 2205 woofer kit is simply the best replacement for the 150-4c.

2020年1月12日 · It should be at least somewhat similar to the 122A woofers in your L166 speakers, and in-fact, JBL themselves has the 128H listed as a "last resort" replacement for the L166. Compared to the 122A, the 128H has twice the rated power handling, a longer Xmax, and no risk of Alnico demagnetization.

2020年12月18日 · Looking for help from any JBL L-150-A speakers. Hooking up thought they were out of phase and double checked the wires from back of cab to amp. all was fine. Took leads of amp to check cabinet wiring and and using a 1.5 volt aa battery and the leads going from positive to positive the woofer moved in and not out.
