The Itelmens (Itelmen: Итәнмән, romanized: Itənmən), Russian: Ительмены, romanized: Itel'meny) are an Indigenous ethnic group of the Kamchatka Peninsula in Russia.

Itelmen (Itelmen: Itənmən[2]) or Western Itelmen, formerly known as Western Kamchadal, is a language of the Chukotko-Kamchatkan family spoken on the western coast of the Kamchatka Peninsula. Fewer than a hundred native speakers, mostly elderly, in a few settlements in the southwest of Koryak Autonomous Okrug, remained in 1993.

The Itelmen are a small ethnic group of the Kamchatka Peninsula in eastern Russia. They speak a Luorawetlan language of the Paleo-Siberian language group. Their economy was historically based on the annual salmon run. Though their traditional religion was a form of shamanism, many are now Russian Orthodox Christians.

Itelmen is a Chukotko-Kamchatkan language with 82 speakers on the west coast of the Kamchatka Peninsula in Siberia in the Russian Far East region. It is the only surviving member of the Chukotko-Kamchatkan family. The majority of speakers are elderly and live in scattered settlements in the Koryak Autonomous Okrug.
