But it seems to have never been added to the manual section.

2015年9月1日 · Awning height: I fabricated a roof rack for the trailer out of 1.5"x1.5"x1/8" square aluminum and mounted it on 1" spacers that attach to the top of the trailer using some of the sling mount holes (I have a dislike for cutting into stuff . The awnings are attached to the rack and put the height at just over 6' at the lowest points.

2011年6月24日 · I was recently cleaning up my HSTRU trailer and wanted to try salvaging the tie-down data plates. These were apparently painted over when the originally 383 camo trailer got painted tan. The unit markings were then painted over the tan. Later, when auctioned off, the unit markings were painted out with even more tan.

2008年5月19日 · The mood struck me today, so I uncovered the markings on my HSTRU trailer. It was marked- 1CAV 615ASB HSC832T JDTZ0 D0015. So it belonged to the HSC (headquarters supply company), 615th Aviation Support Battalion, of the 1st Cav on Ft Hood. Cheers

2020年3月19日 · Here is the original handle that came with my M116A3 based HSTRU trailer. They are pretty simple, and would be easy to replicate, I think. 2019年12月5日 · That's interesting. I noticed the kit comes with storage brackets to keep the old lunette on board the trailer. Pretty cool! There is a similar item for the M116A3 and DRASH trailers that allows adjustment up or down. I was looking for something to adjust my HSTRU trailer, since it towed very nose-low behind the CUCVs.
