We are a family farm, milking a small herd of registered Jersey cows, run a small vegetable farm, pasture raise goats and sheep and make all natural soaps and salves. We began our story in 2007, as a goat dairy. We shipped our delicious, milk to an artisanal cheese plant for many years.

We ship our milk every three days to a cheese plant in Interlaken, NY. Here is our parlor. We milk twelve does at a time, with two milking units. Currently we are milking between 60-80 goats. It takes 2 1/2 hours to milk.

Here at Hinz-Sight Dairy, we decided to break the mold. By diversifying our farm, kicking synthetic fertilizers to the curb, pasture raising all our meat animals, using no-till organic methods for growing veg.
