Hillside’s Home and Community-Based Services make a number of supports available to eligible children, youth and families based on family preference and Level of Care determinations. These include:

Hillside provides support to youth, adults and families in need, wherever that support is needed: at home, in school, at work, in convenient community locations, or in Hillside residential campuses and facilities.

Through a combination of neighborhood- and home-based services, Hillside partners with families to ensure that biological, foster and adoptive parents all have the customized life-enhancing resources they need to fulfill their potential as guardians, leaders and caregivers.

Every day, Hillside’s coordinated services help youth, adults and families overcome challenges and find new pathways to the stronger futures they deserve.

Hillside’s multidisciplinary Residential Treatment Facility (RTF) team provides holistic, strength-based mental health services in collaboration with youth and families to support the goal of safe reunification in the community.

Hillside offers a comprehensive array of behavioral health services for youth and adults, designed to address symptoms related to complex medical, mental health, substance abuse or social needs.

Hillside’s HFNY program uses an evidence-based voluntary home visiting model to provide services to families that begin prenatally, or at birth, through age 5.
