Nov 23, 2024 · I can’t select a Hero in HoS all the time I can’t play against AI either. I have tried it on other computers and it only fails with my account in HoS. I also get an empty collection. Please help

Feb 16, 2025 · After logging into the game, I cannot select any hero or game mode. When I click hero select the entire screen is empty showing no heroes. I have a boost active, and it is not showing up nor is the store opening.

Feb 18, 2025 · The button is definitively bound on the Perk Select binding, and i’ve tried the other perk button settings, nothing works for the listed heroes, looks like most heroes this affects have some kind of alt fire, like mercy, torb etc… not all alt fire heroes are affected however.

Admittedly this means the hero kit is not fun/attractive for the majority of players, but it’s still effective for the minority who likes it. Niche heroes are perfectly fine in any game, as long as they help win games.

It’s important to note that this tier list isn’t exactly a “play this hero or you suck” it’s more a pattern recognition thing. Morales, Hammer, Kharazim all excel when your team HAS coordination and when the enemy team DOESN’T have coordination respectively.
