Abu Sa'id ibn Abi al-Hasan Yasar al-Basri, often referred to as Hasan of Basra or Hasan al-Basri, [a] was an ancient Muslim preacher, ascetic, theologian, exegete, scholar, and judge.

Al-Hasan al-Basri, deeply pious and ascetic Muslim who was one of the most important religious figures in early Islam. He was known to his own generation as an eloquent preacher, a paragon of the truly pious Muslim, and an outspoken critic of the political rulers of the Umayyad dynasty.

Al-Ḥasan al-Baṣrī (Arabic: الحسن البصري), born as al-Hasan b. Abu l-Hasan al-Yasar, was a theologian, a Quranic exegete, a scholar of hadiths, a preacher, a jurist, and one of the eight well-known ascetics of the first and second/seventh and eighth centuries. There is no agreement over the school of thought he belonged to.

Hasan Al-Basri (Arabic: الحسن بن أبي الحسن البصري; full name: Al-Hasan ibn Abi-l-Hasan al-Basri), (642–728), was a well-known Sunni Muslim Sufi, preacher and scholar. Hasan was one of the most famous and prominent of the early Sufi saints in Islam. He was a very popular and beloved personality of Basra, in Iraq. [1]

Al-Hasan al-Basri, the leader of the disciples of the Companions of the Prophet was, in fact, the son of Yasar the slave of Zayd ibn Thabet al-Ansari. His mother Umm ul-Hasan was a slave woman of Umm Salamah, the wife of the Prophet, peace be upon him.

2020年6月12日 · Al-Basri was born in 642, nine years after the Prophet’s death, in Medina to Yaser and Khayra, both freed slaves. Hasan was raised within the inner circle of the Prophet’s family. Umar ibn al-Khattab is said to have given the name Hasan (which means beautiful) to him and prayed for him when he was a child.
