Upon seeing Chicken Plant reject her now adult child, Hanazuki declares herself to be the baby's mother and encourages it to stop its destructive behavior. Touched by Hanazuki's love, the baby sprouts a large feather on its head and floats off into space, leaving Hanazuki to grow another tree next to Chicken Plant.

In Episode #8, initially thrilled to hear that Chicken Plant is having a baby, Hanazuki’s surprised to discover that everyone else finds this news terrifying. Despite ample warning of how destructive this baby might become, Hanazuki can’t resist being protective toward it until it begins destroying Treasure Trees.

The Baby Chicken Plant is one of Chicken Plant's many children who almost destroy Hanazuki's Moon before leaving. The character makes her debut in the episode Baby Chicken Planet. She at first resembles an ordinary chicken (though colored pink), but then matures into a lime-green creature when she devours a few treasure trees.
