2018年1月1日 · Looks like you already have the correct driver installed. You CAN NOT UPDATE your AMD driver for the HD 4800. You are stuck with the 10/2013 Windows 7 AMD driver. 2018年12月2日 · Windows 10 comes with the driver for the HD 4xxx series as goodplay mentioned. I have an HD 4850 and HD 4870 running just fine in WIndows 10 with the built in driver. That series went above the minimum specs as it supports DX 10 also.
