2006年2月16日 · i've owned both, and my k4 had more work done to it, so it was faster, but when it comes to putting the power to the ground, the k5 is SOOOO much better... the brakes on the 04 sucked also, whereas the k5 brakes are totally trackable for a beginner.

Really the only differences are color choices and some minor things that don't make any difference in performance, such as different starter switch dues to issues in the 04 models.

I am like 99% sure I have a K4 because the dash has no gear indicator and the fairings are definitely different. Is there any difference in the k4 204 and the 2005?
