Gogrial (also rendered and romanized in Arabic as Qaqriyal) is a town in South Sudan. Gogrial is located in the Gogrial West County of Warrap State, in the Bahr el Ghazal region of South Sudan, [1] close to the borders with the Republic of Sudan and the Abyei region.

Gogrial State was a state in South Sudan that existed between 2 October 2015 and 22 February 2020. [2] It was located in the Bahr el Ghazal region and it bordered Twic to the north, Aweil East to the northwest, Aweil to the west, Wau to the southwest, Tonj to the southeast, and Northern Liech to the northeast.

Gogrial West County is an administrative county in Warrap State, in the Bahr el Ghazal region of South Sudan. Gogrial West hosts Warrap State’s capital, Kuajok, and the county headquarters is in Gogrial Town. Many primary healthcare units were damaged in 2017 due to insecurity, which has weakened the local healthcare infrastructure.

2007年3月12日 · Akuol Akuith was from Kuac Area and was married to a traditional holy man or “Banybith” that lived in an elevated area above the water level. In that elevated area white and black crow called GAKRIAL would aggregate. Passers by or people who went to visit the Banybith for prayers described the crows as Gakrial Akuol Akuith.
