2024年10月11日 · Question, I can take the gimbal apart to inspect the transmission cable for rips within. But, when changing a dampener is there risk to spin and tear something from going over a limit of twisting? This bad gimbal is very very 'flimsey'. It just totally flops around. (Long here I know!) I attached two pics of the area inside the nose.

2024年12月27日 · From what I can see, looks like you would need to press the piece out of the 6784 image. Once removed, your new piece would take its place. It is possible there may be some type of adhesive used by DJI when they assembled this part of the gimbal. Without the proper tooling, this would be a bit tricky.

2024年12月27日 · Gimbal issues are the one thing that is the most difficult to get repaired by anyone other than DJI. I found that out twice, once with an old Mavic and again with a Mavic 2 PRO . I wasted money with a few advertised companies on here that offered repairs.

2017年3月19日 · 2 - Gimbal is restarting. Check that gimbal rotates smoothly if restart fails again. Gimbal rotates freely, and i can not see any damage to the gimbal, wires or anything else. I have tried to reinstall the firmware by using the DI assistant 2 and plugging the drone in to the computer with the USB, sucessfull update, but gimbal is still dead...

2024年12月27日 · I think the old camera is fine, the wires coming out of it defiantly don’t work as after the crash I had a black screen, the old gimbal however is long gone, if I could just place the old camera in the new gimbal with a new cable, I’d be more than happy to, that is if my camera is intact , which I cannot find out until my repair guy reaches ...

2016年10月27日 · It was extremely difficult to peel off and broke apart (twice). This, combined with the fact you can only remove it while the gimbal is in the 90 degree down position, thus the Mavic has to be on. I had to hold the gimbal tight with two fingers in one hand while using a fingernail to peel the sticker off gently with the other hand.

2016年12月9日 · 1: The Camera's electronics are on the gimbal itself (that would contain any specific hardware/software for that camera) 2: DJI Go 4 App supports DJI's entire line of drones. 3: Flashing firmware would add a 1 hour process to repairs/camera swaps, and DJI doesn't want it's techs spending hours on that kind of thing

2022年12月27日 · Thanks for replying. The previous owner just replaced the gimbal and not the camera. He transfered the 4k cam into the SE gimbal. The camera worked but the gimbal doesn't. It just points off to the side and down much like a sad child. Externally the gimbal's are the same. Internally I don't know. They may not be compatible.
