2014年5月31日 · Once upon a time I thought Geoff Johns was a great writer. Now I mostly see his limitations. His plots lack depth and storytelling lacks grand imagination. I think his writing is more reminiscent of good fan fic. I also have issues with his editorial decisions. New 52 is mostly a mess that has harmed more characters than it has helped.

2017年3月30日 · Modern day Flash's setting owes a lot to what Johns defined, even moreso than Waid at times. Because beyond Speed Force &speedsters, Waid's contributions to lore were...eh. The sleeper hit in my opinion is Hunter Zolomon. When you read Johns run again, you can clearly see Johns had always planned on giving Wally his own Reverse Flash.

2016年1月25日 · It seemed after Waid worked so hard to establish Wally as his own hero, Johns came back and took all that away by reminding readers in nearly every issue in some way that "Barry was the best flash/a true legend/an amazing hero/etc." and it got really old, especially since I love Wally so much.
