The 1650 lacks DLSS support, which is crucial for making raytracing practical on lower-end cards (though I think those graphs are DLSS 1.0). If you want to try to get a better idea of how raytracing performs in this sort of "software compatibility mode", look around for coverage when raytracing support was added to Pascal.

2023年4月26日 · Performance-wise, the RTX 3050 performs similarly to a GTX 1080, while the GTX 1650 performs slightly worse than a GTX 1060. So, if your computer can power it, the RTX 3050 would be worth saving for. This is assuming those 2 cards are your only options, though.

The Xbox Series S GPU equivalent happens to be a GTX 1650 or Radeon 5500XT. So technically from a GPU perspective, you should be fine to run GTA6 at around 30fps with what ever settings, probably Low. The main problem I see with your laptop is the 8GB RAM AND your CPU.
