The Real Knife is a bladed weapon found in New Home. Originally, Frisk armed himself with it to attempt to defeat Sans, but then the HATE-infused Chara claimed possession over it, using the Real Knife as his primary, magically-enhanced weapon during Chara's Erasure Plot.

After that Frisk runs forward and before you see which weapon they advance with it gives the official reveal saying "Frisk Is Filled with DETERMINATION!
