2020年10月25日 · A 9th is normally "major" (2 semitones above an upper root), so a "flat 9th" means the interval has been lowered to "minor" (technically speaking). However, they would (or should!) never call the raised 7th a "sharp 7th" - it's always "major 7th", even though they might commonly minor intervals "flat".
