During the 2022 FIATA World Congress, FIATA announced its renewed Mission Statement: ‘FIATA is the largest federation and voice of global logistics serving its entire eco-system. It fosters the knowledge of its members to ensure a sustainable and resilient supply chain’.

FIATA has created several documents to establish a standard use by freight forwarders worldwide. The documents are easily distinguishable as each has a distinctive colour and carries the FIATA logo. FIATA documents have a recognised tradition and trust.

The 2025 FIATA World Congress in Hanoi, Vietnam, from 6-10 October, will also be a defining moment for the industry, bringing together key stakeholders to explore the future of global freight forwarding and the role FIATA plays in shaping its trajectory.
