Jan 12, 2021 · You try to feign death and your character just… stands there but it still goes on cooldown. It’s happening a lot and I’ve died several times because of it.

After doing hundreds of dire maul tribute runs, I am certain that there is a distance component in determining whether feign death will be resisted. I say this because at some distance (maybe 30 yards, maybe 40), i have never once had a feign death resist… in thousands of trials. Jun 30, 2020 · Sometimes when using Feign Death, it just totally fails. Basically, there’s a one a three chance for one of the following to occur: I successfully Feign Death and drop combat, Feign Death does the animation, but keep me in combat, or Feign Death just goes on CD and my character does nothing while I remain in combat.

Mar 22, 2025 · When you have most NPCs as companions and you use Feign death they also use Feign death of some sort. Unfortunately this doesn’t work with Brann. IMO it should.
