Basically, whenever you eat him or run into him, a faint PNG of him will appear on your screen. The more you do this, the more visible he becomes. He will stay there until death and can possibly be removed by Mach's fountain in 'Office Of'.

fafa is an NPC that can be found in-game and can enter the elevator. fafa appears as a poorly shaped sphere with the texture of fafa placed around it. The NPC has a turning animation as well. In-game, fafa has a 1/10000 chance to spawn in the Gumball Machine floor and enter the elevator. [citation needed]
