2023年1月30日 · Bst was my first job to 75 back in the day, it was really weak in any kind of group content and it was near 100% charm and attack based. Bst today is really powerful compared to how it was back then, jug pets are really good. Jug pet + trusts is an amazing combo.

2021年4月14日 · Like, BST is solid for Odyssey segment farming since its DEF down is potent and AoE, and Decimation performs pretty well there with newer gear. In fact beastmaster benefitted quite a bit in the last few months with gear additions. And BST is excellent for Dyna-D farming, cleaving, older content, HTBF, etc.

2023年5月4日 · FFXI AH guides are good starting points, but you will ultimately find a playstyle/gearset that fits you. Example, FFXI AH BST guide does not even include Scythe.....That is like, 50% of my total damage as a Skillchain BST/THF. Like Thoma said, it depends on what you are doing. AH is a good starting point/guide.

2021年12月2日 · BST can actually tame one member of the dragon family. NPC BST have Wyvern Pets. I do think the BST's arsenal needs to be updated. People on FFXI.AH mentioned special pets for REM users awhile ago. I think it would be pretty cool, that upon using a REM ws, a huge monster appears during the WS animation and adds to the ws dmg.

2020年4月14日 · BST is an excellent solo job with being able to solo omen bosses as easily as other jobs, even the T4 worm in Reisenjima. Not only has the ambuscade wealons made BST a viable DD, it's also a fantastic support job. Generous Arthus is BST's best support pet being able to almost replicate an Idris Geo level debuffs. -33% attack down and defence down.
