注意：fob必须是卖方装上买方指定船只，如果是交至承运人（例如集装箱运输通常在码头交货），则适用fca。 FOB只适用海运及内河运输。 2-FCA（Free Carrier）+named place 货交承运人：卖方将货物交给买方指定的承运人或货物代理人，即履行义务。

fca，cpt和cip是国内目的地交货之前。 但是这几种中，承担费用最少的是FOB和FCA，FOB是承担出口前的费用，指离岸价，只适用海运。 FCA是承担目的地之前的费用，可以使用于任何出口方式。
