Evocati are testers who have gone above and beyond in terms of reporting bugs and community engagement with regards to SC testing. They are invited by CIG into the Evocati or ETF test program. They get builds leading up to PTU testing (which also has waves of invites, eventually opening up to everyone).

Evocati may uncover bugs that require weeks or months of rework. 3.0 being with Evocati is a great milestone, but let's not get ahead of ourselves and start talking 3.1 (or god forbid 4.0). Focus should still be on 3.0, as we have a ways to go yet till it's live sand in or hands.

What makes pipeline good even if that evocati notes/experiences are leaked, they still get leaked media and datamines. (which are still leaks AND under NDA, and does still make them relevant). And on top of that, there are a ton of evocati members IN that discord who share their experiences as soon as it drops.
