2009年5月17日 · Etorphine is available legally only for veterinary use and is strictly governed by law. Diprenorphine (M5050), also known as Revivon, is an opioid receptor antagonist that can be administered in proportion to the amount of etorphine used (1.3 times) to reverse its effects. Veterinary-strength etorphine is fatal to humans.
Etorphine | Bluelight.org
2015年5月26日 · Etorphine is active in humans at 1mcg (0.001mg), a microscopic dose that you won't be able to measure without insanely expensive equipment. In China they use Dihydroetorphine in patch-form for a 7-day pain relief, and they also use it as maintenance for Heroin addicts (basically an alternative to demonised methadone).
What determines how euphoric an opioid is? | Bluelight.org
2023年4月18日 · Bringing up NOP & etorphine in your answer is absolutely pointless, since OP didn't ask for a pharmacology lesson. Not to mention also that buprenorphine & norbuprenorphine aren't even very euphoric & that has nothing to do with their interaction at NOP.
Opioids vs Endorphins | Bluelight.org
2015年7月3日 · I am pretty sure that most endogenous opioid peptides have higher binding affinity (but likely less intrinsic activity...maybe not though) than the majority of traditional exogenous opiates, perhaps with the exception of super high-affinity bentley compounds (dihydroetorphine, etorphine and buprenorphine) and open-chain fentanyl analogues ...
Morphine - how the pharmacophore was used to design opioids
2023年4月1日 · Here is a selection of phenolic (all with an -OH on that benzene ring) opioids. Often they are drawn in differing orientations in textbooks so I've redrawn them so you can see how each on has retained the A-ring (at least) which …

2017年10月19日 · Great if you have a lab and the reagents/chemicals to make things like etorphine, but most don't!). As to how they manage to get a precise morphine content, they assay raw opium, to determine morphine content, then add filler to achieve fixed percentage of morphine per gram (prepared opium). From then on, it's easy.

2010年1月14日 · Imagine a small metal brick that can release a shit-load of projectiles as once, and use millions of tiny needles tipped with etorphine, or another stupendously powerful narcotic. Hell, if ever a war like that existed I would not obkect to it, on the grounds that at least most of the participants didn't die in pain.

2012年3月10日 · Important note; Generally speaking, the free acid/base is usually somewhat stronger than the salts (see 4-aco-dmt), but this is not always the case (100ug etorphine hcl = 98ug etorphine freebase). START LOW AND TAPER UP!

2022年2月2日 · The BEST example is the 6-MeO & beta -OH moiety found in etorphine & related compounds. In the book Opiates (R.Lenz et al), examples of the Bentley compounds lacking the 6-OCH3 absent were tested and potency was reduced from x30o0 to x125 so that N<-->O interaction is important.
