Aechmea is a tall male Lunarian with slim eyes, light features and a presumably light cream color scheme with a mole under his left eye. His clothing and hairstyle vary and he seems to be able to change them at will without physically doing anything.

In a mysterious future, a new life form called Gems inhabit a world destroyed by six meteors, leaving only a beach surrounded by ocean. The 28 active Gems must fight back against the deadly Lunarians who seek to turn the Gems into decorations.

Yama (エンマ, Enma) is the eighty-ninth chapter of Haruko Ichikawa's manga Land of the Lustrous. After revealing that he intended to create a human out of Phosphophyllite, Aechmea insists that he needs to go to Earth.

2024年5月20日 · We all know that Fraudmea’s true name is Enma, the buddhist king of the underworld and the king of buddhist hell. On a similar note, Suckuna may also be another symbol for the hellish deity, as his domain expansion sutra (the hand gesture) is the one that is associated with Yama himself.

As revealed in Ch.89 Aechmea is a reference to the the Buddhist God of Hell - Enma Daiō. He is said to be both the ruler of the underworld, and the one who judges the souls of the dead on whether they go to Heaven or Hell. Some of this information gets interesting now....
