2023年9月18日 · EDF's don't have the drag from a big spinning prop on the front to slow them down when you lower throttle, and no propwash over the tail to help control during slow flight. They can take a ton of room to bleed off speed to land, and things like takeoffs can be hazardous as you have no control till it's going fast enough for flight surfaces to work.

EDF had six mainstay games, two "USA didn't quite get the memo on what makes things so good, but at least they tried" and two LEGO defense force games with ethnical super heroes. And even then, with the whole "EDF 6 is just 5 but prettier and with a little extra sauce", time travel plot was a really good excuse to justify the asset flipping.

2023年3月7日 · Easy in EDF is braindead easy and always has been. And that is fine - sometimes it is just plain fun to be that powerful). EDF 6 is a sequel to EDF 5, basically. A direct sequel to that game. It starts where EDF 5 left off - the world has been saved but at the cost of 95% of all life on the planet.

And so the EDF has been using the resources stored in the EDF bases to fuel their operations. (Said base resources were also used extensively in EDF5) However after 3 years the EDF is now running low on supplies and personnel.

2021年5月14日 · Yes, but much like older EDF titles, you can't summon them. They appear in some missions but not all, and the vast majority of the game is infantry combat. Available vehicle types include two types of mech (Nix's and one from the older games, I think 2017?), a singular type of tank, Barga and Balam (in the DLC).

2023年3月23日 · If I were a great modder or a lead designer for EDF 6, I would have the enemies pick up crates and become powered up - but those powerups can be shot off to depower enemies, along with being dropped upon death. This allows the enemies to bring goodies towards the players, while adding to the overall gameplay.
