Imperial War Museum Duxford is a branch of the Imperial War Museum near Duxford in Cambridgeshire, England. Britain's largest aviation museum, [2] Duxford houses the museum's large exhibits, including nearly 200 aircraft, military vehicles, artillery and minor naval vessels in seven main exhibition buildings. [3]

At the far end of the IWM Duxford site, the Land Warfare exhibition features scores of artillery pieces, tanks, trucks and other military vehicles to tell the story of mechanisation of warfare. Wander through themed landscapes to discover how fighting on the land has changed from the First World War through to modern conflicts.

Duxford Airfield is situated beside the intersection of the M11 with the A505 at Junction 10, south of Cambridge. It has on display numerous aircraft as well as some military vehicles, tank guns and artillery.

On view here at Duxford you'll find anything between 30 and 50 rare, exciting and satisfyingly oily examples of battlefield brawn.
