Eventually the DPF will become clogged enough that you'll have to take it somewhere to have the DPF removed (or remove it yourself) and take it to a facility that can re-condition it/manually clean it. Then it will be as good as new again for the most part.

HCI and Differential pressure sensor are new, and working correctly. After installing a new dpf, the soot level is still at 71, with reduced power.
