Christopher Drew Carter (born September 5, 1981) is an American former professional football wide receiver of the National Football League (NFL). He was selected by the Carolina Panthers in the fifth round of the 2004 NFL draft. [1] He played college football at Ohio State. He was also a member of the Oakland Raiders.
